After a long career as a civil servant, primarily doing international development work, I’ve retired from the Washington, DC area to the beauty and serenity of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.  But I can’t sit still entirely; I’m keeping busy with volunteer work, political involvement and sharing my sometimes idiosyncratic views with the world.  Cheers!
